The Springfield Airport Authority will accept bid proposals for “2022 Pavement Maintenance Program Entrance Road and Parking Lot Marking “. Bid proposals are subject to the conditions and provisions presented in the bidding documents and will be received at the office of the Springfield Airport Authority on the second floor of the Terminal building, Abraham Lincoln Capital Airport, Springfield, IL 62707 until 1:30 PM, Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at which time they will be opened and publicly read. All proposals submitted in accordance with the instructions presented in the bidding documents will be subject to review and evaluation for compliance. The project documents and plans are available at flyspi.com under Doing Business/Request For Proposals. Proposals must be mailed or hand delivered in a sealed envelope and have the words “2022 Pavement Maintenance Program Entrance Road and

Parking Lot Marking –
Do Not Open” clearly marked on the envelope. The Springfield Airport Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in the bids received, to reject any or all bids in whole or part and to determine which is the lowest responsible bid in the best interest of the Springfield Airport Authority.
